It is possible to do so. But not the same for all it is more
likely that certain foods and beverages worsen your pain. These include both
regular and decaf coffee, tea, chocolate, meat extracts, alcohol, black pepper,
chili powder, mustard seed and nutmeg. It would be desirable to avoid these
foods if they cause discomfort. But keep your diet balanced. Try to eat small,
frequent meals when you have pain.
